Producer and Exporter of Gayo Arabica Coffee
About Us
The best coffee directly from farmers
Our cooperative was founded in 2022 with a spirit of mutual cooperation to improve the welfare of Gayo coffee farmers. It currently has 725 farmers and a cultivated area of 864 hectares, and is both Fairtrade and Organic certified.
We currently ship over 500 tons of green coffee beans internationally and collaborate with nine major American companies. We will also continue to expand our export markets and improve coffee production and quality.

Our activities
We always do our best to improve the production and quality of our harvest.
Farmer training and extension
Training and outreach are efforts to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in sustainable coffee cultivation, care, and management. Through a hands-on approach in the field, farmers are equipped with pruning, fertilization, pest control, and climate change adaptation techniques. This is expected to strengthen production quality and encourage farmer independence, leading to superior and more competitive coffee.
Inspection of the construction site
This inspection is conducted by the Cooperative's Internal Control System (ICS). Its primary goal is to ensure coffee cultivation practices meet sustainable and quality standards. This activity also assesses plant condition, land management suitability, and provides technical recommendations directly in the field, thereby improving production yields and maintaining coffee quality from the start.
Coffee process
Coffee purchased from farmers is immediately processed in the D-01 processing unit warehouse. Incoming coffee is weighed, recorded, dried, sorted, and quality tested before being stored or shipped.
Distribution of agricultural support tools
To increase productivity and efficiency on our plantations, we are distributing agricultural tools to farmers. We hope this assistance program will enable farmers to manage their land effectively, expedite cultivation, and maintain harvest quality. This initiative is also expected to strengthen farmer independence while encouraging more modern and sustainable coffee farming.
Purchasing coffee from farmers
Purchasing coffee directly from farmers under the cooperative's guidance demonstrates a commitment to farmer welfare and the sustainability of the coffee supply chain. With a transparent purchasing system and fair pricing, the cooperative ensures that the harvest is properly absorbed. This step also strengthens the farmers' position as a vital part of the coffee ecosystem, from farm to market.
Distribution of basic necessities
The distribution of basic food packages is a form of concern and social support for farmers. It also aims to ease the burden of their daily needs, especially during difficult times or as the harvest season approaches. It also demonstrates the cooperative's togetherness and solidarity in building the welfare of its members.

From farm to cup, every coffee bean is a testament to hard work.
